Why do we need a sexercise book?

Why do we need a sexercise book? Simply because today we don’t have enough time to go to the gym and to work on our fitness, and because, it’s a lot more pleasant having sex than pumping iron in a sweaty gym! Plus, sex is at least 50% of a relationship, and having a healthy sex life is of the utmost importance.

Truth be told that sexercise isn’t something new. There were a couple of books published starting the 1970s, that wasn’t the right moment for them. However, today, it is. The bad thing about those books was that they were highly influenced by that time’s take on life, meaning that they combine a very high techie and medical perspective with a very hippie one. Those books are more inclined to showing you how to properly stretch before sex and how to have a tantric approach to love making that helps you burn some calories. But, who wants that? We want a sexercise book that’s telling us how to have sex in the best positions that burn the most calories so that we can get fit fast and doing something that we love.

Let’s face it! Today, everybody wants to be fit! And all those diets, and pills, and exercises, and various workout devices are simply a waste of money! Why? Well, because diets are so harsh that once you finished the diet you go back to your old habits and you put on more weight than you lost. Pills because they mainly  act as a diuretic, meaning they help you get out the water in your body, dehydrating you, which means visible results on the scale but not in the mirror! And the devices you see on TV all day long, well, those are pretty good, but still, they imply a rigorous workout routine which is downright boring and tedious!

So, why do we need a sexercise book? Well, because we want to get fit, we want to lose weight, and we don’t want to do so by spending money on tons of products that don’t really work that well and do us more harm than good. We want a sexercise book that helps us get fit through sex, without side effects, without starving, without sweating in a smelly gym 1 hour a day!

But the question is, is there such a sexercise book? 

What I found really helpful, and it inspired me to start this blog, was one particular book that makes all of the other books on the topic seem like children's play. That book is a Kindle Ebook called Sexercise: Lose weight and get fit through sex. You can find it here:

E-book review: Sexercise Lose Weight And Get Fit Through Sex

I started getting an interest in sexercise after seeing Kylie Minogue’s Sexercise video, and that’s how I came upon the “Sexercise - Lose weight and Get Fit Through Sex” kindle e-book. I really wanted to know what sexercise is.

I checked out several other kindle books, but that one was the one that seemed to be exactly what I was after. No more fancy aerobics and things like that! I wanted actual sexercises that I can use when making love! After I checked out the sexercise book’s preview I saw that it was exactly what I needed. You see, I loved the fact that you get actual sex positions that you can use immediately. So, I decided that the book is good enough to worth the investment - after all, a coffee cup is more expensive!

It’s a really easy to read sexercise book, and you have sexercises for him, for her and for the couple. I need to say that reading was the easy part, putting it all into practice was trickier, because I really didn’t want to scare my partner. Nevertheless, I started with the recommended exercises and I didn’t rush things.
I’ll come clean and say that after the first sexercise routine I was dead tired. My muscles were sore, just like they should be after working out. I found that this is a good sign, and I said that I need to carry on. And this is how my sexercise journey began. Slowly I started becoming more strong and had more stamina and my partner wasn’t the one who kept asking for more. She loved the change and wanted to know what got into me. I told her that I found this amazing book that lets you get fit through sex, and she was psyched. She wanted to give it a go as well, and we started sexercising together. And it was great. I mean, I have to say that if before our love life was a bit boring, it suddenly became better. But, of course, I’m sure that you want to know about the results.

I lost about 3 kilos in the first month and my abs started to really show after three months. My partner was the first one to notice it. I will admit that I was never fat, but a bit out of shape and I needed a bit of working out. And I found just what I needed in that sexercise book. My girlfriend lost almost 7 pounds in the first month as well. Those are good results for me as we didn’t really had to alter our habits at all - just have sex. After about three months, both me and here were in an amazing shape, we were really great looking and we had enough energy to start going to the gym together.

All in all, I have to say that the “Sexercise - Lose weight and Get Fit Through Sex” is one of the best self-help and fitness manuals that I have ever found, and that it gave my relationship the new life that we were waiting for. My girlfriend and I are now not only fit, but we also have a great sex life and we couldn’t be happier with our relationship. One of the best investments ever made in an e-book.

Loosing weight trough sex sexericses

You know how most people say “I wish losing weight was easy” and there are even some who say “If losing weight was as easy as sex, I’d be a top model”? Well, the good news is that losing weight can be easy, and it can be as easy as sex! How? Through sexercises!

You heard it right! Sexercise is a mixture of sex and exercises, as the name so gently suggests. So how do sexercises work? Nothing easier! It’s all based on motion!

As you know, when you put our body to use, be it walking, running, lifting weight, or simply sitting on a chair, we burn calories. The number of calories we burn are directly proportional to the amount of physical activity we do. It’s a well known fact that when you have sex, you burn a variable number of calories. 

Usually, during sex, people burn around 300 calories. And they do this, without even thinking about it and using sex to its full potential. Why? Because most of our muscles are used during sex and the muscular tension is drastically increased. Which means, that it’s guaranteed to be fit if you do enough sex. Did you ever take a look at porn movie actors?  They do go to the gym, but the definition they have is given by the fact that they have sex several hours each day. 

Of course, you won’t be able to have sex for several hours each day, but, through sexercises, you can have sex in positions that were specially designed to help you burn more calories, and this faster.

Here are some calories you burn while having sex in some well known positions:

  • Man on top, woman on bottom = 20 calories
  • Woman on top, man on bottom = 25 calories
  • From the rear = 40 1/2 calories
  • Standing, both partners of equal height = 18 calories
  • Standing, woman 1 foot taller than a man = 90 calories

It’s needless to say that the number of calories burnt during normal intercourse depends on a number of things, like how long it lasts, who is on the lead, how “vigorous” or hard or is the thrusting, and so on and so forth. Truth be told, through normal sex you won’t get results as fast as you would like. Well, not fast enough for you to be able to stay away from a gym and a diet. However, through sexercises, you can almost do just that! Why almost?  

Well, because while sexercises are a great way to burn calories, if you want to get fit, you want to make sure that you burn half of the calories that you ate that day, and that you watch your diet a bit. 
However, one thing is for sure: you can get fit by having sex using sexercises. That’s more fun than going to the gym, and definitely more enjoyable! 

You might wonder if you too can benefit from sexercises. Yes you can! No matter if you’re 20 or 40 or 60, male or female, you can burn calories fast and get a good cardio, all in once! If you want to get fit, there’s no other more pleasant way of doing it!

What are Sexercises?

Well, if you’re new to this, or you just stumbled on this site in an attempt to find an easy way to lose weight, then you might not know what exactly a sexercise is, or you might have a weird idea after you goggled the term and went to the wiki page

Now, sexercises, or better said, the sexercise routine you want to do and that is present here is related solely to raising your fitness level and helping you lose weight through sex. When we say “sexercise” we understand sexual positions that are customized so that you can burn more calories while you have sex, thus  helping you lose weight without having to spend hours in a gym – you can instead, spend that time having sex, which, in my humble opinion, is much better and a whole lot more fun! 

My definition of Sexercise

So, when it comes to my definition of sexercise, this is: a sexual position or a position used during foreplay that is specially tailored to work your muscles more, so that you lose weight, get a good cardio workout, and get fit, all in once! 

Of course, there are a range of sexercises, some for the beginners, some for the advanced, but all our sexercises are designed to get you into shape – without messing around or wasting time! The beauty of it all is that you can easily do this at any time, with anyone, and still get fit!
There is really no stopping you to sexercise as much as you want as often as you want! However, each time you’ll have sex from now on, you’re going to burn calories and lose weight! There are sexercises for men, as there are sexercises for women, and your age or sexual orientation doesn’t really matter!

What is this blog all about? 

This blog was designed to help you get fit fast and in a very pleasant way. Of course, it doesn’t mean that you won’t have to eat healthy, take care of your body and quit the gym altogether. In fact, if you sexercise, if you eat healthy and you also workout, then you’re going to see how you’re going to get in an amazing shape faster than you dreamed!

No matter if you’re young or old, fat or slim, you can be sure of one thing: you can raise your fitness levels while doing one of the most pleasurable activities in this world: sex!
